Rare 1st EP by these Japanese stench noise crusties C.F.D.L. Not very well known fact that it was actually released under the name of Atrocity Exhibition right before they've changed the name to C.F.D.L., and the EP title is "Crazy Fucked Up Daily Life"(In fact, the shorten band name "C.F.D.L." isn't written anywhere on this release.) U.K. influenced raw crust-core with noisy guitars and dual vocals. Split release by the band's own label Yappy Core and S.O.R. Records which was an old label ran by a Rabia singer, that also did the flexi's by 7 Minutes Of Nausea and Confusion.

Ultra-rare flexi by this Sendai city HC all stars project band. Featuring the Disarray singer, Sekinin Tenka and Rebel members. The female guitarist Hiromi(Rebel) and the bassist Jun(Sekinin Tenka) later moved to Tokyo to play in G-Zet/Bloodberry with Tam(The Stalin). Hiromi did the vocals for them. Bloodberry actually played both G-Zet and Bitousha songs. Amazing flexi. This is some quality metallic Japcore. Awesome lyrics, too. Very sought after early Japcore rarity. "Absolutely demented vocals appear on two of the three tracks here. It's again that metal-punk style of GISM, but lighter on guitarwork. Complex, and evil-sounding." (MRR #23 review)
Blüdwülf "Full Metal Warrior" 7" EP - Battlecore/Hardware, 2005, US, 333 pressed, Hand-numbered sleeve(# 103), Insert, New/Unplayed, (ANAR 005) - $35

C.F.D.L. "Atrocity Exhibition" 7" EP - Yappycore/Standard Of Rebellion, 1990, Japan (YAP-002/S.O.R.-02) - $45
Casbah "Infinite Pain" Demo Tape - Self, 1987, Japan, Original!!, Fold-out lyrics insert - $35
Chu-Doku "S/T" 7" flexi - Museum/Blue Complex, 1985, Japan - $38
The 1st flexi by this all-girl punk band that sounds kinda like Nurse or early Typhus when they had a female singer. Chu-Doku means "addiction" in Japanese. On this early flexi, they played some cool ADK style dark punk but sounded more uptempo and catchier than those similar styled bands that you can think of. Over the past years I've collected all the Chu-Doku releases including a few comp's and like them all, however most of their later stuff(with different members) sound totally different than the style they played on this flexi and are way more melodic and poppier. Split release by the band's own Blue Complex label and Museum Records. Museum was a small Chiba city based label/shop that also put out the Kyojinbyo records and a bunch of other good and not-so-good local bands that most of the people probably would have never heard of...
Cobra "Wrong Way " 7" EP - AA, 1986, Japan, New/Unplayed, 3 copies available (AA-020) - $8
Colectivo Caotico "Chupando Sangre... Para La Gente Pobre!!" 7" EP - Illy Jocker, 1993, Mexico, 1000 pressed, (IJR-001) - $25Cool Mexican punk rock. Catchy, speedy and melodic. I'd recommend this to fans of Asta Kask or Colera. Illy Jocker is one of the label that did the "Mexicopilacion" reissue.
Color "Broken Tavern" 3" CD - J.A.P. Recs./Free-Will, 1989, Japan, Red sleeve ver., (JSD-3) - $10
Speedy, aggressive and punkish tunes with amazing metallic guitar riffs/solos. Completely unknown outside of Japan, so here's some infos. Color was active during the mid '80s to early '90s. The singer Dynamite Tommy(Japanese...) used to be in this ultra-obscure mid '80s Osaka Japcore band called Whip Brains, with a Rapes singer and some early members of S.O.B., Outo, Mobs etc. The drummer Toshi was a member of the legendary Japanese metal band Mein Kamph. It's one of those cool Japanese 3" size mini-CD single that comes in a thin tall package.
Colt Turkey "Christmas Sucks!" 7" EP - Crucial Response, 1990, Holland, New/Unplayed, (CRR 011) - $7
Post-Larm project band. Colt Turkey went onto become Manliftingbanner. Lightning fast Dutch hardcore with funny lyrics. Check it out if you like Larm.Confuse "Spending Loud Night" 7" EP - Kings World, 1987, Japan, (Confuse 6/KK 1001C) - $40
Their earliet recording from 1983(possibly from their 1st demo), even before the "Indignation" demo and the "Nuclear Addicts" flexi. Kings World Records put it out the four years after. These tracks are ultra-raw and noisy. Classic Kyushu noise-core at it's best.

Decontrol "S/T" Demo Tape - Self, 1992, Finland, Hand-written & numbered plain white cassette(# 074) - $10
Absolutely no infos available on this Finnish band... They've probably had no vinyl releases, but some great stuff here. Musically, they were in the vein of the bands like Axegrinder, Hellbastard, Antisect, Effigy, Zoe etc. Tight, thick and metallic crust with crunchy/thrashy guitars.
Deformed "Sacrifice!!" 7" EP - Boston Tea Party, 1983, UK, Clear red vinyl, Poster sleeve, New/Unplayed, (Hø Hø 8) - $35

Their very rare and sought after 1st EP on Boston Tea Party label from Denmark, now known for their great HC releases like the "Noget Pa Dansk" comp EP and the "Lorteland" comp tape. Unplayed old stock copy!
Deformed "Sacrifice!!" 7" EP - Boston Tea Party, 1983, UK, Clear red vinyl, Poster sleeve, (NM/VG+), (Hø Hø 8) - $30
Note: The sleeve has a 3" mark from peeling of a tape at the bottom part and a few tiny thumbtack holes, otherwise in EX- condition. It doesn't really look that bad at all.

Down By Law "Anti ..." 7" EP - Voice Of A Generation, 1991, Japan, (Voice Of A Generation 002) - $45
Alright, this is Down By Law from Japan, not the boring ass Epitaph band from the U.S. with the same name. Almost nobody knows about this band, but this EP rips hard. Fast and heavy, straight-forward Japcore with great noisy guitar!! Could easily be on Selfish Records if it came out a few years earlier. Some of their songs remind me of Outo. Down By Law existed from the late '80s to early '90s. As far as I know, this is their only ever vinyl release.
Dread Yankees "Killer" 7" flexi - Adventure Family/Luv, 1989, Japan, Label mailorder flyer, (LUV-I) - $10
Very cool, fast and melodic U.S. style hardcore with the F.V.K. singer. Recommended for fans of SIC or F.V.K.

Awesome hard drivin' Japanese punk with gruff vocals! Fucking great band, great EP. Cool yakuza-ish lyrics as well. This is probably the least known Hold Up/Noise Room release. Max from Ghoul is listed on the Special Thanks list. Gendou Missile used to play with both Japcore style and punk rock bands.
Genkaku Mime "S/T" 7" EP - Taiyo, 1985, Japan, (LEO-004) - $35
Aburadako meets The Stalin!! Damn, I always liked the later Genkaku Mime stuff which sound much darker and twisted. But this 1st EP is way better and has more punkish feel. Reminds me a lot of early Aburadako, The Stalin, Sekinin-Tenka and some of the ADK style bands. You can hear that same crazy rhythm on drums like Aburadako, and really solid and sharp guitars over The Stalin-ish '80s Japanese hard punk. Includes 4 awesome tracks. Early release on Taiyo Records.
Ghoul "Jerusalm" 7" EP - Hold Up/Noise Room, 1985, Japan, (NRR-I007) - $55
Gil "To Us Conflict Is Not Important" 7" EP - Self, 1988, Japan, Double-sided 6-panel poster sleeve, LP size folded insert, (LM-2010) - $55
This is much, much better and sounds way more HC than their 1st flexi. Can't believe it's the same band... What you get here is 120% raging late '80s Selfish Records style Japcore!! Really powerful stuff. This 2nd EP is rarely seen for sale/trade.
Glycerin "... From The Depth" 8" EP - AA, 1987, Japan, Insert, Mailorder flyer, New/Unplayed, 2 copies available, (AA-021) - $10
Obscure '80s band that was on the ADK Omnibus Vol.2 EP. On this 8", they play cool ADK style but more uptempo punk with solid and slightly metallic guitar.
Go "Ez to Say/Independence" 7" EP - Self, 1994, Japan, 400 pressed, Gig freebie only, Never issued w/ PS, Plain white sleeve - $10

Gorilla Angreb "Long Island" 7" EP - Spild AF Vinyl, 2005, Denmark, 1000 pressed, Original press, Insert, New/Unplayed, (SAV #2) - $10
HCP(Hard Core Poznan) "Anti Drugs" 7" EP - Resistance Productions/International Hardcore Movement, 1989, Poland, 1000 pressed, Hand-numbered poster sleeve, New/Unplayed, (RIP 027) - $25
Fucking killer band!!! Pre-Apatia. Definitely one of my favorite '80s Polish HC records. Ultra-raw, noisy and brutal HC with intensely distorted guitar like early Brazilian or Finnish bands. This should appeal not only to Polish HC fans, but also to those who dig any Scandinavian, Italian, Brazilian and Japanese HC/Crust as well!! Man, this is seriously some powerful ripping shit!! Released on a Swiss label. Unplayed old stock copy of this rare obscure EP.
Häväistys "Demo & Live" CD-R - Reset≠Zero, 2005, Japan/Finland, (Rset≠Zero-005R) - $4

Headache "S/T" 8" flexi - Hangontan, 1984, Japan, (Hangontan-1) - $35
Solid and metallic '80s Japanese style HC/Punk with that gruff vocals. 6 tracks incl. "Pleasure of Death", "We Must Rebel", "Viva La Headache" etc. Crazy front cover artwork, but the drummer's outfit looks even crazier...
Headache "S/T" 8" flexi - Hangontan, 1984, Japan, New/Unplayed, (Hangontan-1) - $40
Hell Riser "S/T" 7" EP - Beat Crazy, 1988, Japan, (BCR-9) - $15

Hard to find 1st EP by this awesome metallic Japanese HC/Crust band with a Constricted member. One of my favorite '90s~current bands from Japan. Highly influenced by the '80s Scandinavian and U.K. metallic HC ala The Varukers. Fucking great record!

Kuro "Fire/1986 Gig" VHS - KPP, 1986, Japan, Original!!, Pro-made, NTSC, Orig. hard package, (KPP-???) - $55
Insanely rare official VHS. It's the original self-released version on their own KPP Records, not the later '90s Kings World reissue entitled "1985 8.15 Gig" with a completely different package, sleeve and sticker label on the tape. For some odd reason, the title "1986 Gig" is printed on the sleeve, however it's actually their legendary, amazing live footage from Aug 15th 1985. Originally sold only through mailorder. I doubt many copies were ever produced, as not so many people even owned a VCR system back then and I remember that every single pro-made VHS was regularly priced 6000~10000 yen in Japan. A true collectors item out of all Kuro releases. You'll never see it again. I've owened it since the late '80s and played it only a few times as I also have the Kings World version. The sleeve is a bit oversized, so it has some minor creases at the top part, but the everything else's in great condition.
Kyoaku Kyojindan "No!" LP - Taiyo, 1988, Japan, Insert, (LEO-051) - $55
Very, very rare and awesome 1st LP by this cult Japanese HC band. They play dark, aggressive and violent HC/Punk with a definite "Mushi" era The Stalin or some ADK influence on this 19-track album. Pretty noisy tunes and crazy lyric, too. Even much better than their '84 first flexi, 2nd 8" flexi(Taiyo Rec.), "Kill Kill Kill" EP or "Catastroph" EP(Climax Rec.) Featuring the psychotic singer Crazy SKB who runs Satsugai Enka Vinyl and also was/is in the bands like Headwasher, Hi-Technology Suicide, QP Crazy etc. Amazing insane artwork by a famous cult comic artist Suehiro Maruo, who also did The Stalin "Mushi" artwork. Guest appearance by Machizo Machida from Inu and Juntaro Yamanouchi from Gerogerigegege.
L.S.D. "Jast Last" 7" EP - LSD Record Company, 1986, Japan, (EX+/No Sleeve!), (LP-0523) - $30
Less Haze "Break The Law" 7" EP - Skull, 1991, Japan, (Skull-01) - $15

Life "The Master of Darkness" 7" EP - Punk Bastard, 2001, Japan, (Punk Bastard 003) - $45
Majestic Four "Demo EP" 7" EP - 625 Thrashcore, 1999, Japan, 1000 pressed - Recorded in '96, New/Unplayed, (625-28) - $3
Masturbation "S/T" 7" EP - ADK, 1983, Japan, 1000 pressed, (ADK-01E) - $120
Produced by Tam from The Stalin/G-Zet/ADK Records. Early ADK release!

Produced by Tam from The Stalin/G-Zet/ADK Records.
Mental Disease "Sometimes Like Flowers" LP - MCR, 1999, Japan, 1000 pressed, Insert, New/Unplayed, Out of print, (MCR-138) - $15
Nausea influenced noisy and metallic Japanese crust-core with great male/female dual vocals! From Nagoya city. Nausea meets Doom!?
Mess "Get Into A Mess" 7" flexi - King's World, 1986, Japan, New/Unplayed, (KK 002) - $25
This is their first release and is waaaaay better than the later 8" EP on Selfish and LP on Bloodsucker(I've heard that the LP actually sucks....). Straight-forward, fast traditional Japcore ala Lip Cream, Gauze or Outo. They were from Kyushu but had more Tokyo Japcore feel. Early Kings World release. Excellent flexi!!!!!
Middle Rocker, The "Crazy Hear...!" 8" flexi - Club The Star, 1985, Japan, (CSR 1002) - $35
Hard sounding killer '80s obscure Japanese punk with a bit of dark ADK feel. Very powerful and energetic tunes. Great unknown band! With the titles like "Dead Life", "Rebel Without A Cause" and "Hell Ward", you know what to expect. Unknown obscure mid '80s release on The Star Club's label. I believe this one and the S.A. "I Get Position" flexi are the only non-Star Club records that were put out by this label back then.
Mobs "Gypsy On Journey" 7" EP - Advance, 1986, Japan, Insert, (AVR-002) - $25
Self-released 3rd EP by this legendary early HC band from Osaka. Sounds more metallic than their earlier stuff on AA and Hold Up Records, but still much faster and more powerful sounding than the later LP. Think of their 2nd EP mixed with some early/mid Gastunk and Poison Arts style. Nice metallic guitar solos. Not many people even talk about the late Mobs stuff, but I dig this EP a lot.
Nailed Down "Perth Wolfpack" CD - Power It Up, 2005, Australia, Bonus live video media track, (P.I.U. #23) - $3
Neuroottiset Pelimannit "S/T" 7" EP - Assel/Stay Free Underground, 2006, Finland, 500 pressed, Label flyer, New/Unplayed, (ASSI 016/SFUR 16) - $8
Totally killer '80s Propaganda-era classic Finnish HC style. One of the best current bands from Finalnd. All their EP's were sold out fast.
New Walls "S/T" 8" flexi - Line, 1984, Japan, New/Unplayed, (LINE-002) - $30
Like the harder version of Nickey & The Warriors. Great rickin' hard punk rock with really cool female volcals! Feat. ex-members of P.C.G. and Headless. The vocal style reminds me of Chitose from The Comes. Rare obscure release on Line Records that also did the Rose Rose flexi, P.C.G. flexi etc. Unknown band, but I totally dig it.
New Walls "S/T" 8" flexi - Line, 1984, Japan, (M-/NM+), (LINE-002) - $28
Ningen Hormone "S/T" 7" flexi - Joker, 1985, Japan, Clear red flexi, (JRR-002) - $35
On the same label that also did the Kyoaku Kyojindan and Barigade flexi's. Joker Records is pre-Satsugai Enka Vinyl. Ningen Hormone is like a chaotic, rawer and "crappier" lo-fi version of The Stalin and some of those ADK bands. I remember that's how it was described in an old Japanese zine review. Think of Flipper playing the ADK style punk like Aburadako, Kikeiji etc. 6 tracks of fast, rough and obnoxious as hell hardcore punk. Crazy ass lyrics, too.
Non Fiktion Noiz "¡Contaminación Mundial!" 7" EP - SouthKore, 2004, US, 500 pressed, Insert, Out of print, (SK 001) - $5
Awesome raging pissed-off hardcore from Chicago, in the vein of Los Crudos and Sin Orden. Brutal shit.
Nurse "Nurse II" 7" EP - ADK, 1984, Japan, (ADK-13E) - $70
Produced by Tam from ADK Records/G-Zet/The Stalin.
Rare 2nd EP with Tatsu(Gastunk/ex-Dead Cops) on guitar and Euro(The Execute) on drums. The same female singer and bassist from the 1st flexi on Incest Records, which was a label ran by a Sha-London/Sex Imagination Drugs singer, that also put out the S.I.D., Sha-London and Paruo flexi's. While it's not as great as the 1st flexi, it's still a very good EP. One of my favorite ADK releases.
Outo "S/T"(Official Discography) LP - Specialized Fact, 1999, Japan, 1000 pressed, Large booklet, (SFAN-003) - $55
Limited official release on Specialized Fact, the label ran by some of ex-Outo and S.O.B. members. Comes with a very nice, large glossy color booklet with tons of rare old photos, biography and gig flyers done by this great Japcore artist Tom. Also a killer sleeve artwork done by him as well. An almost complete discography of one of the most important bands in the Japanese HC history, contains their '84~88 materials incl. all the 3 EP's, 6 tracks off the "Shoujikimono..." LP, tracks off the "Hardcore Unlawful Assembly", "Thrash Til Death" and "My Meat's Your Poison" comp LP's. Released also on the CD format, but this vinyl edition was limited. Hard to find.
Outrage "S/T" 12" - Pile Driver, 1987, Japan, 3000 pressed, (PD-001) - $30
Highly influenced by early Metallica. 100% pure old school thrash metal. Self-released 1st 12" by one of the premier Japanese thrash metal bands. Great stuff!
P.C.G.(Poisonous Cross Gibbet) "Last Sheet" 7" flexi - Line, 1984, Japan, (VG/VG+, plays fine), (Line-003) - $30
2nd flexi on Line Records that also put out the first Rose Rose flexi etc. 6 tracks incl. a killer tune "Violent Army". Great metallic raw HC/Punk! Morishita from Overthrow wrote a good review about this band sometime in the '90s.
P.O.W.(Punk On Wave) Vol.1 - Magazine - P.O.W., 1985, Japan, Paperback format, Full-color covers, 90 pages - $70
Edited and published by Sakevi from G.I.S.M. and Charmy from Laughin' Nose/AA Records. Glossy full-page color and B&W photos of Ghoul, Aburadako, Outo, Laughin' Nose, Lip Cream, Kyaah, Samhain, and Psychic TV. The articles and interviews of G.I.S.M., Cobra, Laughin' Nose, Psychic TV etc. Lots of cool live photos, artworks and ads for Skelton, Jisatsu, Hold Up Records, Lip Cream "Kill The IBM" tape, as well as full-page ads for AA and ADK Records mentioning that the Gauze LP is out and the Typhus LP is planned to be released. The back cover has a large live pic of The Stalin and the front cover is Sakevi. Extremely rare!
P.S. I got questions from a few people. I'm listing it as "magazine" because Sakevi and Charmy clearly stated that P.O.W. isn't "fanzine"(or zine), probably because the quality and contents are way better than the average zines from that time. And, yes it does look more like a real mag.
P.O.W.(Punk On Wave) Vol.2 - Magazine - P.O.W., 1985, Japan, Paperback format, Full-color covers, 113 pages - $70
Edited and published by Sakevi from G.I.S.M. and Charmy from Laughin' Mose/AA Records. Glossy full-page color and B&W photos of G.I.S.M., Lip Cream, Cobra, Auto-Mod, The Willard, Chaos UK, Wretched, Disorder etc. The G.I.S.M. part is two full-pages and has killer live photos of Sakevi. The photos, interviews and articles of Gauze, Hanatarash, The Willard, Chaos UK, AA Rec., U.K. HC etc. The ads for AA, KPP Rec., Ghoul EP/Hold Up Rec., Last Bomb, and tons more cool stuff in this issue. There's even a two full-page odd artwork by Sakevi. Written mostly in Japanese, ofcourse. Fucking amazing underground punk mag.
P.S. I got questions from a few people. I'm listing it as "magazine" because Sakevi and Charmy clearly stated that P.O.W. isn't "fanzine"(or zine), probably because the quality and contents are way better than the average zines from that time. And, yes it does look more like a real mag.
Pest "Rock City Baby" 7" EP - Blood Sucker/Rebelabel, 1998, Japan, New/Unplayed, (BSR-044/REB-012-7) - $4
Pogo, The "S/T" 7" flexi - Self, 1986, Japan, New/Unplayed, (BDB-006) - $20
The Pogo played really cool, fast and super catchy, yet aggressive '80s Japanese style punk rock. The guitarist is ex-Disarray and The Idiot Idolaters, and the drummer later played in Kenzi. Totally unknown outside of Japan, but they got pretty big after releasing a few 12"s on Captain Records in the late '80s. Their 1st release right after appearing on the RBF comp LP w/ The Zolge, Sister Ray(ex-Kikeiji), Rose Rose etc.
Poison "Doku" 7" flexi - Poison Recs./Explosion, 1985, Japan, (PLM-081) - $60
Poison "Doku" 7" flexi - Poison Recs./Explosion, 1985, Japan, New/Unplayed, (PLM-081) - $65
Unplayed old stock copy of this rare 1st flexi. Mint.
Poison "Mystery Temptation" 7" EP - Extasy, 1986, Japan, Insert, (EX-002) - $55
This one is a bit harder to find than most of the other Poison/Poison Arts releases, and the songs on this EP kick ass! Amazing guitar work by Chelsea(Deathside/Paintbox). 4 tracks including the early Poison classics like "Over Head", "Fighting Soldier" etc. It's the second release by Extasy Records which was a label ran by Yoshiki from X Japan long before they got huge. The first Extasy release was the X "I'll Kill You" EP, in case any of you care...
Poison Arts "Kick Rock" 7" flexi - Rockin' F, 198?, Japan, Freebie w/ pocket picture sleeve - $25
Re-recorded version of the killer title track tune from the classic 1st LP on Selfish Rec. Much faster and better than the original version!
Raw Noise "S/T" 7" EP - Raw Noise Recs., 1990, UK, (RAW 001) - $28
Rare self-released EP by this E.N.T. side project band. Brutal metallic raw crust-core like Doom, E.N.T., Hiatus, Abraham Cross, Anti Authorize, S.D.S. etc.
Razors Edge "Thrash March" 7" EP - Booz, 1998, Japan, 1000 pressed, Original Japanese press on clear red vinyl w/ red sleeve, (Booz-003) - $20
Reaction "Insane" LP - Danger Crue, 1985, Japan, Orig. 1st press, Orig. sticker on sleeve, Insert, (HML-001) - $20
Classic 1st LP by this legendary power/speed metal band. Original pressing on the indie metal label Danger Crue. Reaction had the flexi out with a different singer on ADK Records in '84, but this LP is hundred times better. The songs are faster and more powerful. Contains the re-recorded version of "Joy Ride" and "Lonesome Knight" which originally appeared on the ADK flexi. If you're a Punk/HC fan but also into good ol' '80s metal, then check this out.
Real "S/T" 7" flexi - Real Office, 1982, Japan, Stamped and numbered sleeve(# 830) - $35
Real's second release. 2 tracks on side A and 1 track feat. the guest guitarist from Contemporaine on side B.
Real "Real 3" 7" EP - Real Office, 1983, Japan, 500 pressed, Stamped and numbered pink inner sleeve(# 486) - $40
Real "Real 4/Kids" 7" EP - ADK, 1984, Japan, (ADK-20E) - $58
Produced by Tam from ADK Records/G-Zet/The Stalin.
Probably one of the most overlooked, yet harder to find ADK releases. Never seen it for sale elsewhere outside of Japan. I like most of the Real releases, but this one and the 8" on Ducasse label are their best in my opinion. Totally awesome, solid and hard sounding punk with sharp guitar. If you dig the bands like The Stalin, Molugu, Rebel, Kikeiji etc., then you'll like this EP.
Real "Ai no kakera" 7" flexi - Real Office, 1987, Japan, 12-page booklet - $30
Their self-released 6th 7". All the 3 tracks are very good, especially the title track stands out. It's a great punk tune.

Hard to find 1st EP by one of the best current Japanese crust bands.

Rise Above "Beat It" 7" EP - Punk Etc, 1989, Belgium, Insert, (PETC 19) - $8
Early '80s U.S. style fast and tight sXe hardcore from Belgium. Released on the well known Punk Etc Records.
Rose Rose "Skatehead '88" 7" EP - Dogma, 1986, Japan, Insert, (DOG-17) - $45
Released in 1986, not 1988!! Classic early EP by this long-running Japanese HC legend. They've later turned into thrash/death metal in the '90s for a while, just like S.O.B. also did. But what you get here on this EP is just pure manic thrash HC with a slight metallic touch. Blazing fast, brutal and aggressive tunes. If you dig early S.O.B., Inzest or Heresy, then you need this one. Definitely my favorite Rose Rose release among with the "Mosh of Ass" LP, "Born To Be..." EP and the split LP with SiC.
S.D.S. (Societic Death Slaughter) "Never Arise" 7" EP - MCR, 1990, Japan, Insert(Purple ver. w/ extra war massacre design), (MCR-033) - $60
S.D.S.(Societic Death Slaughter) "Digital Evil In Your Life" 10" - Chelsea, 1999, Japan, Insert, (Chelsea-0000) - $58
Their last release. Limited pressing on their own label Chelsea Records. One of the hardest to find S.D.S. records for sure.
Sadist, The "Onapet" 7" flexi - MCR, 1986, Japan, 1000 pressed, Clear red flexi, Early MCR release, (MCR-009) - $25
Great ADK style, solid and hard punk that sounds very similar to The Stalin, Kikeiji or Aburadako.
Sedicion "Extintos" LP - Self, 198?, Mexico, 1st press w/ white sleeve & original mix, (AG-0889) - $58
Super-rare 1st LP by this classic Mexican HC band. This is the original 1st pressing with a while sleeve and is supposed to have a different sound mix than the 2nd pressing with a black sleeve(Perhaps the remix version?).
Note: The sleeve is in poor condition with wears and white-ish stains at the left side and top part. The vinyl is in EX- condition, plays perfectly. It's for sale since I finally managed to get a better copy.
Severed Head Of State "Black Blood World" 7" EP - Malarie, 2000, US, Czech release, Insert, New/Unplayed - $7
Sex Complex Class "Geninfumei" 7" flexi - M. Sound, 1985, Japan, (VG/VG+) - $25
Fast and solid sounding, killer HC/Punk that sounds very similar to The Stalin, Typhus, Rebel, Kikeiji or Molugu!!! Highly recommended for fans of these bands. You won't be dissaponted if you like the ADK Records stuff. Self-released 1st flexi. The 2nd one was put out by MCR in 1986.
Note: The flexi has some small dents, but plays fine without any skips.
Slaughter, The "Last Silent" 7" EP - Tin Drum, 1986, Japan, 500 pressed, Stickered center labels, (Tin-EP 3) - $40
Very catchy, solid and speedy '80s Japanese style punk rock from Nagoya. Pretty rockin' stuff with some great sharp/metallic guitar work. Reminds me a bit of the Real EP on ADK. Includes 4 tracks. The last release by Tin Drum Records, which was a Nagoya based locally ran label by The Genbaku Onanies. Limited pressing of only 500 copies and there are supposed to be 30 copies with a different color sleeve.
Slight Slappers "Change" 7" EP - MCR, 1997, Japan, Insert, (MCR-108) - $5
Slowmotions, The "Dial wo mawase!" CD - HG Fact, 2005, Japan, Obi, (HG-189) - $7
Contains their first four EP's plus an unreleased song. Featuring ex and current members from Acid, Liberate, Evance, Order, Sticks In Throat, Blaze, Hat Trickers and more. The singer Kuro from Liberate/Acid does vocals on the early tracks, which I personally like much better than the later ones. All the original EP's were limited to 700 each and sold out fast. Loud and rockin' Japanese punk rock. Cool band, but the label dude is a total dickhead.
Sodom "S/T" 7" EP - Telegraph/Wechselbalg, 1985, Japan, Oversized sleeve, (WT-705) - $28
Their 1st EP after the classic "St.Requiem" cassette and the ADK Omnibus tracks. Insane mix of avante-garde, noise, darkwave(ala The Birthday Party) and even Punk/HC. Really essential stuff.
Spit Out(Coward + Gasmask) "Dowheeeee" One-sided 7" EP - M@frog, 1996, Japan, 300 pressed, New/Unplayed - $48
Studio-only project band by ex-singer and bassist of Coward, and two ex-Gasmask members. Fucking killer high-speed drivin' raw hardcore/punk that doesn't sound like any other bands! '80s Japanese punk plus their own unique style. Can't really describe how awesome this EP is. Reminds me just a little bit of Typhus or early The Stalin, but Spit Out played much, much faster!! This record got a good review in MRR(1997). Self-released by the band's own label. Very, very rare and hard to find. Rarely seen for sale even in Japan due to the poor distibution at the time of release. Totally excellent EP!!!!!
Stab 4 Reason and The Styles "S/T" 7" EP - Radical East, 1999, Japan, Stickered outer sleeve, (RE-19) - $3
The Root Rock Reggae project by the Bad Brains/FVK influenced hardcore band. They've had a split EP with Real Reggae on MCR.
Stalin, The "Go Go Stalin" 12" - Climax/Tokuma, 1983, Japan, Obi - $30
Stalin, The "Mushi" Picture LP - Climax/Tokuma, 1983, Japan, 1st press on picture disc w/ die-cut sleeve, Obi - $48

Compiles the "Dendou-Kokeshi" 1st flexi(Political, 1980), "Stalinism" EP(Political, 1981), "Vacuum" mailorder-only bonus flexi for the "Fish Inn" LP(B.Q., 1984), "Chicken Farm Chicken" off the "Welcome To 1984" comp LP(MRR, 1984). Official collection of their classic tunes.
(Stalin, The) Ing,o! No.2 - Zine & The Rabbits 7" flexi - Political Project, 1983, Japan, The flexi is new/unplayed - $60
Legendary and mega-rare zine publised by Michiro Endo from The Stalin and his Political Project(a.k.a. Political Records). Large A4 size, slick covers and pages. Comes with a bonus flexi by The Rabbits. They were The Stalin related early Japanese punk band feat. Shoichi Miyazawa, who had the solo flexi(with Michiro Endo on guitars) released on the legendary Political Records in 1981.
(Stalin, The) Ing,o! No.5 - Zine & Ki-Ga Ki-Ga Ki-kyo 7" flexi - Political Project, 1984, Japan - $70
Legendary and mega-rare zine publised by Michiro Endo from The Stalin and his Political Project(a.k.a. Political Records). This is "The Stalin Special" issue. Large A4 size, slick covers and pages. Comes with a rare bonus flexi by Ki-Ga-Ki-Ga Ki-kyo(The Stalin + P-Model + Inu). Unknown studio project band by Michiro Endo, Jun Inui from The Stalin, and the Inu and P-Model members.
Star Club, The "Anoko ni hitomebore" 7" flexi - Club The Star, 1984, Japan, (Club The Star 005) - $55
Mega-rare gig freebie-only flexi!! One of the hardest to find and most sought after S.C. releases of all. Contains a killer, fast and hard drivin' punk title track tune which was actually the very first song that was ever written by them right after the band was formed, however has never been officially recorded until 1984(Except the live version of this song appeared on the "Go To Hell" promo acetate 7" that they've pressed less than 5 copies in 1977.) Although this studio track isn't available on any of their other records, it's one of the most well known and loved S.C. tunes to their older fans. The flexi was given away free to fans only at one show at Loft in 1984(Says "Not For Sale" printed on it.) Some online resources say that it was the first flexi to be given away through their "Cosa Nostra" fan club('85~'90), but that's completely wrong.
Note: The flexi has a few tiny dents but plays perfectly. It's nothing major.
State "No Illusions" 7" EP - Reagan Era HC, 2001, US, Insert - $5
Originally self-released on Statement Records in 1983.
Still "Real Time" 7" EP - Strawberry, 1985, Japan, Photo card insert, Thick clear outer sleeve, New/Unplayed, (P-2006) - $18
Produced by Tsunematsu Masatoshi from Friction and E.D.P.S. Melodic darkwave with good female vocals. Featuring a Jagatara member. Reminds me of the British 4AD stuff. The singer was also a guest member for Tsunematsu's solo project LP.
Suicide "Warning for the World Punks" 7" EP - Bizarre, 1984, Japan, (Bizarre Record 002) - $35
The Stalin and ADK influenced obscure Japanese punk. Great punkish tunes with dark melody on this 2nd EP.
Suicide "Celebration" 7" EP - Captain, 1985, Japan, (CAP-0003-E) - $20
Swankys, The "Rock'n'Roll History Fuck Off!!"(Neo Damage) 7" flexi - Kings World, 1986, Japan, (KK 001) - $48
It's actually their 2nd 7" and the "Best Of 2" EP on City Rocker came out several months after this one. Very first Kings World release.
Swankys, The "Five Star" 7" EP - Kings World, 1987, Japan, (KK 001) - $45
This is the hard vinyl version of the "R&R History Fuck Off" flexi from '86. The same 4 tracks as the flexi, but the titles for the B-side tracks have been changed, and has a completely different sleeve artwork(Cool ass porno photo sleeve design, done exactly in the Swankys style if you know what I mean!). The catalog number for this release is the same as the flexi.
Swankys, The "Foolish" 7" EP - Kings World, 1987, Japan, Stickered blue die-cut sleeve, (KK 002) - $35
Tetsu Arrey "Force" 7" EP - HG Fact, 1996, Japan, White vinyl, (HG-063) - $25

305, The(The Three-O-Five) "S/T" 8" flexi - Beat Time, 1984, Japan, New/Unplayed, (A-305) - $15
Catchy, melodic and fun punk rock with sharp and trashy rockin' guitar riffs. From Sendai city. Some of the members went onto form The Pogo and Kenzi in Tokyo.
Tomorrow "Stand Uplight" 7" EP - S.I.H., 1997, Japan, Blue sleeve version, (S.I.H.-02) - $38
Super-rare and hard to find 1st EP by this now broken-up great Japanese HC band. Came out a year before the split EP with Steam Pig on F.F.T.
Tomorrow "Nuovo Punto Di Partenza" CD - Answer, 1999, Japan, 7" size booklet sleeve, (ANS-020) - $7
Tranquilizer "The Massacre of St.Bartholomew" 7" flexi - Tranquilizer, 1986, Japan, (Tranquilizer Record-002) - $150
ok, as many of you probably already have heard their 1st flexi on the recent "Tunes For Fucker" boot LP and loved it. While this 2nd flexi has a completely different style, I personally think the music is also fucking great! Well, I bet they tried to play metallic Japcore style like Ghoul, Zouo, GISM etc., but came out much rawer and didn't sound as solid as those bigger name bands, ofcourse. More compareble to Headless or A.T.-Det, I'd say... It's really hard to say how much this flexi is worth because I've never seen it for sale on ebay etc. But it's extremely rare and hard to find for sure. Only seen a few times at some Japanese shops during past over 20 years. So you know the deal. I picked this second copy up for 9800 yen while I was there in 2005...
Transformer(Kikeiji + Masturbation) "Manoeuvre" 12" - Drug Store Club/Balcony, 1986, Japan, 1st press, Insert, (DSC-1001) - $50
Kikeiji + Masturbation!! Transformer was a short-lived ADK related band consisited of ex-Masturbation singer Hiryu, ex-Kikeiji guitarist Hiroshi, and Tatsushi who played in both bands. Totally ADK Records sound! Think of a cross between Kikeiji, The Stalin, Sekinin Tenka, and Masturbation. Awesome dark and solid sounding hard punk, but Transformer's songs are more uptempo, punkish and not as gloomy as Masturbation. I'd say they're much more comparable to The Stalin or Kikeiji. Great stuff, worth checking it out if you're into the ADK related bands. This is the original 1st press on black vinyl(Oddly the 2nd press was on the picture LP).
Trash "Tora matsuri ondo" 7" EP - Taiyo, 1986, Japan, Glossy full-color poster sleeve, Comic book insert - $28
It was Masami's first band before Ghoul. Simple and catchy rockin' punk rock. Guest chorus by Masami, Jaja from Lip Cream, Baki from Gastunk etc.
Ulster "M-19" (1982 Demo Sessions) 7" EP - ABC, 1994, Brazil, 500 pressed, New/Unplayed, (ABC 2) - $28
Ultra raw, distorted and primitive sounding early Brazialin noisecore!!! Full of aggression. This totally fucking destroys! Featuring a guitarist Luiz who also played in Olho Seco and Brigada do Odio. Limited official vinyl pressing of their '82 demo tape. Very few copies pressed. ABC Records also did a few other reissues of obscure early Braizilian HC stuff by the bands like Hino Mortal, Corte Marcial, Submundo and the great "ABC Hardcore '82" comp EP. According to Kill From The Heart, "ABC" region was Brazil's largest industrial complex in Sao Paulo, where the Brazilian Punk movement was born in '79 and Ulster was one of those very first bands.
United "Destroy Metal" 7" EP - Hold Up/Noise Room, 1985, Japan, 1st press on black vinyl w/ poster sleeve, New/Unplayed, 2 copies available, (NRR-E003) - $22
1st EP from their pre-thrash metal era. Very HC influenced Japanese metal. It's like a perfect mix of old school speed metal and Gastunk/Ghoul/Poison/Mobs sound. No wonder this was released on Hold Up/Noise Room. United was also on the legendary Hold Up Omnibus comp LP. Max from Ghoul and Trash are listed on the Special Thanks list. If you dig that metal sound on the G.I.S.M. "M.A.N." LP, you probably will enjoy this as well.
Upstab "w/ Report" 7" EP - Way Back When/Even Worse, 2006, US, Dutch import, Insert, New/Unplayed - $4
Väärinkäsitys "S/T" 7" EP - Self, 2002, Finland, 300 pressed, Hand-numbered poster sleeve(# 208) - $20
Super limited self-released 1st EP. Killer '80s Propaganda era Finnish HC ala Kaaos, Mellakka, Rattus, Riistetyt etc. This one is pretty hard to come by. 13 tracks. They also have a great LP out on Putrid Filth Conspiracy.
Warriors(Nickey & The Warriors) "Born To Ride" 7" EP - T.P.C.(Tokyo Punks Club), 1986, Japan, Insert, (TPC-1101) - $38
Their first and the best! Totally killer, female fronted powerful Japanese punk!!! All the songs are atchy as hell. One of my all time favorite '80s Japanese bands. Nickey & The Warriors used to be called just Warriors. Early line-up featuring Keigo(The Stalin, G-Zet, Axe-Bomber, Cobra, The Star Club etc.) and Jack(aka Wang-Tang, ex-Baws, Mohawks and Laughin' Nose). The original drummer was Tatsuya, who also played in lots of bands like The Stalin, Masturbation, The Star Club, Genbaku Onanies and many others. Michiro Endo(The Stalin) produced and released one of the Nickey & The Warriors' later 12"s on his G.N.P. label. For those who aren't familiar with T.P.C. Records, it was a Tokyo based label that also did the C.O.P. LP, Masami(Ghoul) EP and No Lip EP.
Yōran "Love Bitterness" 7" EP - Night Gallery, 1985, Japan, (Night-003) - $3
Fucking lame ass weird new wave crap. This guy was actually the original Laughin' Nose guitarist from their early noise-core era. Yoran had another EP out in '81, which sounds way better than this, on the legendary first Osaka punk label called Unbalance Records.
Zolge, The "My Guest Crisis" 7" flexi - Hanoi Punk, 1986, Japan, Logo stamped die-cut white sleeve, (HANOI-Z) - $28
Fucking awesome hard punk tune like their "Crisis My Guest" LP on Dogma. '84 recording. Rare self-released flexi that was originally sold only at their shows.
+++ SPLIT +++
Asta Kask / Roland's Gosskör "Sista Dansen" CD - Beat Butchers, 1995, (ORCD3) - $10
Both bands recorded live in 1989. Original LP released on Studio Otukt Records in 1990.
Benitsubaki / Mentality Society "Hardcore Clash Out" 2 x 7" EP - Dynamite Rock, 1990, Poster sleeve, Insert, (DR-001) - $30
Here's a rare obscure one from the early '90s. Both bands played traditional straight-forward Japcore. Mentality Society is good but kind of average Japcore. Benitsubaki much better. In that powerful Burning Spirits style. They had another EP out also on their own Dynamite Rock label.
Breaking Power The Prisoner / Dororo - 7" flexi - Self, 1985, Japan - $38
Completely unknown split release by these super-obscure bands from Osaka. Dororo might be a bit more known to a very few obsessive collectors, because they were included on the "Last Punk Osaka" comp LP(Very rare, by the way...) with early S.O.B., Outo, Brutas(Naoto's band before S.O.B.), Dither(Pre-Rapes) etc. Their guitarist went onto form Danse Macabre with ex-Zouo singer Cherry. This is their only ever release beside the comp tracks. B.P. The Prisoner did the self-released 8" flexi on or around the same year. On this split, they play some cool dark and metallic ADK-ish punk.
Crude / Violence Moment "Blood Sucking Freaks IV" 7" EP - Blood Sucker, 1996, Japan, (BSR-019) - $38
This is the very first ever Crude release 12 years back. Very hard to come by nowadays.
Curtainrail / JBA(John Browns Army) 7" EP - Gloom, 2000, Japan/US, New/Unplayed, (Gloom-008) - $4
Crazy Jap manic thrashing madness with distorted vocals and brutal fast hardcore from NY. ex-Devoid Of Faith.
D.O.N.D.O.N. / Scraps "Cry of Soul" 7" flexi - MCR, 1989, Japan/France, 1500 pressed, (MCR-022) - $25

Macrofarge / Euthanasia - 7" flexi - MCR, 1989, Japan/Finland, 1000 pressed, (EX+/VG), (MCR-024) - $28
The Macrofarge side is so fucking good! They were one of the earliest Japanese crust-core bands that have the members from Acid and Liberate. Highly influenced by Doom and Sore Throat. If you're into classic U.K. crust or Japanese bands like Abraham Cross, S.D.S. or Anti Authorize, the you'll love Macrofarge. Too bad this is the only record they've ever released!
Note: The back sleeve has a few tears that partly obscured the Macrofarge logo.

Raid / Sugar - 7" EP - Discrete, 1998, Japan, (DIS-022) - $35
Top-notch, killer split release by these two traditional Burning Spirits style Japcore from Shizuoka city, done exactly in the tradition of old Shizuoka bands like So What, Rustler, Deadless Muss, Innocents etc. Both bands sound very similar to Death Side as well. This EP is a bit hard to find. Sugar's only release, Raid also has an album out on Discrete. They have two ex-members of Swindle Bitch, the band that released a split EP with So What.

Nice metallic guitar riffs/solos as well. Their tracks on the "Nobody's Fault" comp LP are great, too. F.O.A.D. was a short-lived band consisted of the guitarist Max(ex-Ghoul) and Tatsuya(ex-The Stalin, Masturbation, The Star Club, Warriors etc.) Motorhead inspired, tight and drivin' hard punk.
